Reservations

You may request a reservation online, or over the phone.

Once we have confirmed your booking we will issue an email confirmation to you. You must print this e-mail and bring it with you to Hawaii. It will contain important information and will be used by Dolphin Excursions as your voucher.

We will ask for your credit card information, but your card will not be charged when you make a reservation. You may select an alternative method of payment on the day of your excursion. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and JCB. If paying by cash please bring the exact amount; our field staff do not carry change. If paying by credit card please bring the card with you.

All client information is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party.

After making your reservation, we ask you to please read our Guidelines For Swimming With Dolphins. You may also want to review our Driving Directions, if you plan to meet us at Waianae boat ramp

"Meeting Place" is the Hotel in which you are staying in Waikiki or Ko Olina.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. You have until 9:00 am the day before your excursion date to make any cancellations. If you fail to cancel an activity and do not participate in any of your selected activities "No Show", then we reserve the right to charge the full amount of the activity to the credit card you have provided.

Guarantee

Dolphin sightings are guaranteed. If sightings are not made on your tour, receive a second tour free.

ALTERNATIVE: We can set up a 2pm tour for you on the above sold out dates. This tour yields a 70% success rate for dolphins. The Whale watching is very active at this time and the turtles and fish... well, that's always a good time. This tour is discounted, so give me a call for details! - Lisa
